We strive to make renting a dump trailer simple and hassle-free. From delivery to pickup, we'll work with you to schedule a rental that fits your project while providing clear communication every step of the way.
Scheduling
Rentals are scheduled based on trailer availability.

No minimum notice is required to schedule a rental.

Advance reservations are recommended, especially during busy seasons.

Rental periods can be adjusted based on availability.
Delivery & Pickup
We deliver the trailer to your location and return to pick it up when your rental period is complete.

Delivery and pickup times are arranged directly with you.

We place the trailer in the safest and most practical location available.

If site conditions change before delivery, please let us know as soon as possible.
Trailer Placement
Before placing the trailer, we'll evaluate your property to ensure a safe delivery.
For successful placement, please ensure:

The area is reasonably level and accessible.

There is sufficient room for maneuvering the trailer.

Low power lines, tree branches, and other overhead obstacles are identified before delivery.
If we determine a requested location is unsafe, we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative.
Loading the Trailer
Trailers should be loaded evenly and responsibly.

Gasoline, oil, fuel, or other automotive fluids

Preparing for Pickup
Please ensure the trailer is:

Ready by the scheduled pickup time.

Accessible for our truck.

Loaded safely and within legal limits.
*If the trailer is not ready or cannot be accessed at the scheduled pickup time, additional rental charges may apply.
Disposal
Waste is disposed of at approved facilities.
Please note:

Yard waste must be separated from other debris.

Customers are responsible for all landfill disposal (tonnage) fees based on the weight of their load.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal disposal regulations.
Rental Extensions
Need more time? Contact us before your scheduled pickup.
Rental extensions are available when the trailer has not already been reserved for another customer. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
